About Acupuncture
Used to support relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and help manage many types of pain and symptoms, such as back pain, neck pain & headaches.
Our acupuncture sessions are personalized to each individual’s needs and are designed to promote balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.
About Acupressure
It is a healing technique that involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the body and is commonly used to promote relaxation and may help relieve symptoms such as stress, muscle tension, headaches, nausea, and mild pain. Unlike acupuncture, it does not involve needles.
About Cranial Sacral
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a non-invasive, manual therapy performed on the head, skull and sacrum by certain therapists. It can be effective for a wide range of medical problems, associated with pain and dysfunctions.
